The short version: if you join the waitlist we keep your email address so we can email you about Filafleet. Nothing else is needed. We don't sell it, we don't use ad trackers, and you can leave any time with one click.

Who we are

Filafleet is print-farm software made by Formada3D, a small business in Melbourne, Australia. "We" and "us" on this page means us. Questions about your data: email info@formada3d.com.

What we collect when you join the waitlist

We do not store your IP address with your signup. To stop spam we count signups per connection for one hour using a scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address that can't be turned back into the address, and then it's deleted.

Confirming your email (double opt-in)

After you sign up we email you a link to confirm. You're only on the mailing list once you tap it. If you never confirm, your signup is deleted automatically 30 days after we send that link.

What we use it for

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. We never sell, rent or swap your details, and we never add you to anything else (including Formada3D's shop emails).

Where it's stored

Signups are stored in our own database on Cloudflare, which runs servers in many countries, including outside Australia. To send our emails we use an email delivery service, which receives only your email address and the message. We'll name it here before the first email goes out.

Visit stats, without cookies

We count visits with our own simple counter, not Google Analytics or ad trackers. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. It keeps a random ID in your browser's local storage so a returning visit isn't counted twice, and records the page, the referring site and your country. To switch it off on your device, open any page with ?nostat=1 on the end of the address. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also keeps short-lived security logs, as every website host does.

Your choices

The Filafleet software itself

Filafleet runs on your own computer and network. Your orders, customers, files and printer data stay with you. Anonymous usage sharing, if we add it, will be off by default and explained here before it ships.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for big changes, tell people on the list.
